We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of VOC-free sealing materials. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and reason for return
Package the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
Include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special order items
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Items returned after the 30-day return period

Damaged or Defective Items
